Sigma Micro Opens New Office in Chandigarh, India

CHANDIGARH, INDIA, March 27, 2007 – Sigma Micro, developer of the SigmaCommerce integrated order management and fulfillment solution for catalog, web store, call center and point of sale direct marketers, today announced it has opened a new software development center in Chandigarh, India.

“We are extremely pleased to have opened a new office in Chandigarh and our second in India. The knowledge and expertise we have in this office, and in Kochi, will greatly benefit the SigmaCommerce software solution as Sigma Micro continues to grow and add new clients.” said Joe Swern, President of Sigma Micro.

The new office has over 4,000 square feet of space and will house about 50 people when full which Sigma Micro expects to happen in the next few months.

Sigma Micro opened its first development facility in Kochi, India and has been operational since January 2005. Both offices work closely with the US office in Indianapolis, Indiana to provide detailed technical design, programming, and testing for SigmaCommerce – the end to end software solution for the multi-channel direct marketing company.
