Overview
As the overseas development arm of Sigma Micro, our India operations, Ind-Sigma Infotech Private Limited, work closely with the US development team to enhance and develop the SigmaCommerce multi-channel direct marketing management system. Our product solutions offer Sigma Micro’s clients comprehensive business management software. Together with the US operations, India combines the energy and innovation of a software start-up with more than twenty years of domain expertise in the direct-to-consumer retail sphere.

Mukund Krishna
Managing Director, India Operations
With more than 16 years of professional experience, Mukund Krishna serves both as Sigma
Micro’s vice president of global delivery and managing director of the Sigma Micro India
operations.
Prior to Sigma Micro, Krishna was the director of product program management and offshore
development at Powerway, Inc, where he was responsible for cross-functional management
and deployment of Powerway’s flagship product. He also built their offshore development
capabilities and managed vendor relationships for the company across the globe.
Krishna’s experience spans various domains, including automotive, energy and consulting. He
has an MBA in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, a
master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the State University of New York, Buffalo, and
a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bangalore University, India. He has received
scholastic commendations for top academic performance and has several academic
publications to his credit.
Paramjeet Singh
Director, Development
As Director of Development, Paramjeet Singh is responsible for leading the development team in India.
Paramjeet brings with him a rich and varied experience of close to 15 years in software development, working with organizations like Ranbaxy, Punjab Communications and Quark. Before Sigma Micro, Paramjeet was Director of Development with Quark, having served for over seven years with Quark’s CRM Solution team.
He holds a Masters in Computer Applications from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.
Mahesh Garg
Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance
With over 12 years of professional experience, Mahesh Garg serves Ind-Sigma InfoTech, as Sr. Manager QA and is responsible for leading the QA group in India.
Prior to Sigma Micro, Mahesh has served in organizations like Godrej, Amrit Banaspati and Quark. Mahesh’s experience varies across ERP solutions like SAP, MFG/Pro and Quark’s CRM solution.
He holds bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bangalore University, India.
Sunil Pasricha
Manager, Administration & Facilities
As Manager of Administration & Facilities for Sigma Micro in Chandigarh, Sunil Pasricha works closely with the government and private agencies on behalf of Sigma Micro.
Prior to Sigma Micro, Sunil served in the Army for 21 years and 3 months, worked as Manager Operations, Punjab, with a Mohali based Security Company and Manager Administration,with Second Foundation, a global software MNC.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from DAV College, Chandigarh.
Vincent N.P.
Sr. Manager, Human Resources
With over Seventeen years of diverse experience in multiple industries, Mr. Vincent leads the human resource function of Sigma Micro in India. In this role, he is responsible for strategies and initiatives to attract, motivate, develop and retain world class talent for Ind-Sigma Infotech Private Limited.
Prior to joining Ind-Sigma, he held human resource positions in various group companies of Himachal Futuristic Communications. He has earned a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences.
Surjeet Dev
Development Manager, Microsoft Technologies
Surjeet comes with over 10 years of experience in software
development projects with a significant portion of it in the
Retail and Warehouse domain. A majority of his work experience is
from the United States. The companies he worked with include
ITT Industries, Disneyland, Pacific Theaters, Masonite Corporation, etc.
He has obtained Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science
from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (Bhopal REC), Bhopal
and Sequential Certification in Project Management from University of
California Los Angeles Ext. He is also a certified Project Management Professional.
